- M-123-0090 is for "Old Style" Mansfield 500 series full-turn hydrants only
- Will replace stem in a 578-04 or 590-04 hydrant
- Right hand and left hand graphite packing included
- Pre-tapped (threaded) for handle screw
- Replacement stem for Mansfield style 500 series full-turn hydrants manufactured from 1970-2006
